Our local paper said that the American Legion would have a Flag Burning Ceremony at the Fairgrounds on Friday evening at 6:00 PM - We wanted to be a part of it. When we got there - this is what we saw.
A local man made this incinerator to burn the flags quickly - it was pretty neat.
A black oil substance dripped from the bottom into a container - most of the flags are polyester and they are made of oil and when burned the oil returns!
