The Snowy Mountains Muzzleloaders held their Mountain Man Rendezvous about 11 miles out of town, up in the mountains. Here is the 6 year old I mentor and myself with a Mowhawk Indian. I asked if we could have a picture with him and he quickly agreed. After he had left, the little girl asked me: "how did you know he was an Indian?" I took the nine year old Friday morning and the six year old Friday afternoon.
On Saturday I talked Harold into going - he only wore the bandana for the picture!
A family in the Ward cooked the dutch oven dinner - Ed and Sandy Hansen and three of their grandchildren.
